Summary
Tiered administrative fines: up to €35M or 7% of global annual turnover for non-compliance with Article 5 prohibitions; up to €15M or 3% for non-compliance with most other provider/deployer obligations; up to €7.5M or 1% for supplying incorrect, incomplete or misleading information. Member States must lay down rules on penalties effective, proportionate and dissuasive.
